GPRS are recruiting for a dedicated Learner Intake Officer to join a dynamic team!
In this role, you will facilitate the intake process for new learners, ensuring a seamless transition into educational programs. Your commitment to process-driven approaches will help you efficiently prioritize tasks and provide valuable advice to learners, guiding them toward their career goals.
This role in office based, offering free on-site parking, flexitime and a company pension.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for prospective learners, providing clear guidance and support before they join cohorts.
- Oversee the on-boarding process, ensuring learners are well-prepared and feel welcomed.
- Verify learners’ eligibility based on set criteria and manage documentation to meet deadlines and KPIs.
- Address learner queries quickly and professionally to maintain a positive experience.
- Build and maintain a steady pipeline of potential learners, ensuring ongoing engagement and interest.
- Stay informed about courses and career pathways to offer tailored advice to learners.
Essential Requirements
- Prior experience working directly with learners or clients, ideally in an educational or training setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage tasks and documentation efficiently.
- Ability to handle administrative tasks, maintain accurate records, and meet KPIs.
- Willingness to obtain a Level 2 CIAG qualification (if not already held) within six months.
- Experience using MIS system – 1 year (preferred)
- Enrolling Adults onto Government funded programmes
