We are looking for an experienced hairdressing professional to join our client, a specialist Hair & Beauty training provider. As a Hairdressing Educator you will deliver quality-driven apprenticeship programmes to their academy-based apprentices, training them to be industry-leading hairdressers. You’ll also support apprentices with functional skills, reviews and assessments helping them build an exceptional career and achieve their full potential! 
 

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver level 2 & 3 Hairdressing Apprenticeship programmes
• Develop ILP and execute engaging teaching sessions
• Offer advice, guidance and support to students throughout their learning experience
• Monitor learners progress including reviews and assessments
• Support with functional skills

Essential Requirements

• NVQ level 3 or equivalent in Hairdressing
• Strong occupational background in Hairdressing Industry
• Assessing/teaching qualifications
• Previous experience of working/ teaching apprentices
• Hold a full UK driving license
